I’ve been lucky enough to visit more than 30 countries, and obviously countless hotels. I have never stayed anywhere as beautiful and utterly rewarding as ‘A Piece of Paradise’ though. CafeGourmet was incredible!!! Johnny, the owner, was so kind, accomodating, and went well above what was needed to make our stay so wonderful. The pictures of the villa on line only show a fraction of its beauty.....it is AMAZING!! Johnny cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. We ate out on the veranda over looking the ocean ejoying his delicious coffee. He was the kindest host I have ever met. We are already planning a trip back!!!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful hosts. During our 5-day stay, they offered to clean the room and change towels. Amazing and beautifully presented breakfast right by the ocean. Perfect location—just 10 seconds from the ocean and the beach! You can tell everything is made with love, and the owners truly care. A fridge with reasonably priced drinks (cola, beer) and snacks. Hosts provide boogie boards, sunscreen, and other beach essentials—everything you need! Cons: While the house is on the beach, it’s far from infrastructure. The nearest store is a 20-minute walk, but it only sells chips and chocolate. If you need real food (meat, cheese), you’ll need to take a taxi ($10 round trip) or a taxi + highway bus. So this place is for pure beach relaxation. Scorpions and ants sometimes got into our room, but since it's in the middle of nature, it’s understandable. The hosts provided insect repellent. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a secluded beach getaway!

Christophe and Nadège are excellent hosts who serve you a delicious breakfast with homemade yogurt and bread. Very friendly and helpful. Well equipped rooms with an eye for small details. Excellent restaurants nearby. Great place which makes you feel very welcome.

We were so warmly welcomed by our hosts in this heaven spot in Farallon. The property has an amazing lush garden with lots of private rest areas. The patio where we had a delicious breakfast is wide, with a nice breeze and is opened on the garden. Our rooms were big, and decorated with taste. We could have stayed many more days if we hadn't planned driving on to Boquete. Thank you !! We strongly recommend you!
