Although this hotel is in a industrial area, it is close to some good local restaurants, a supermarket, the bus station to Dubai or the local bus station to visit some of the tourist sites like Old Muscat. The room was very comfortable with a fridge and kettle. The breakfast that was included was also great and staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed here on two two occasions during my stay in Muscat and I would return should I visit Oman again

The Jumeirah Muscat Bay sets the standard for 5-star hotels, and doesn't disappoint on any aspect. The staff are particularly helpful, extremely pleasant and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is very well appointed, with excellent beach facilities, and the free water provided throughout was appreciate given the temperature (36 degrees) at the time of our visit. It also features some good speciality restaurants as well as delivering a quality buffet style service.

In the 80's in Time Magazine Al Bustan Palace published beautiful ad and since then I wanted to visit this place. During my recent first visit to Oman I knew that I must stay at Al Bustan Palace. This place is everything I Imagined long time ago in the 80's. It is a real Palace built for kings and princes of the Gulf states. Arabic themed buffet dinner was of the highest quality with amazing variety (tagine, shuwa, maqluba, shawerma, . . .). Frankincense scent in the lobby, fires in the garden during the evening, beautiful colors on the mountains during sunset and sunrise . . . We kindly received room upgrade and late check out. One of the few truly magical places in our world (like La Mamounia in Marrakech)

We are very lucky to find this super nice aprtment as by booking this aprtment i got the contact of our super guide Ahmed. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is fully equipped, lovely, quiet, nice decorations.we enjoyed the pool, the children playground and the private beach. The most nicest thing is our 10 days tour with Mr. Ahmed, we went to all the nice places in the north west of Oman (Muscat, Nizwa-we experienced the fantastic animal market, the amazing mountains (jabel alakhdar, jabel shams, the wadis, dessert, turtule watching ... Many nice things) we travel as a local with Ahmed who is gentil, kindhearted, warm, helpful, funny, trustful (and many other qualities). He made us Oman trip more than perfect. We appreciate everything he did for us and we wish to come back again.

The location is beautiful, nice beach and so nice for snorkeling! Staff super nice and helpuf all the time. Breakfast was amazing, we ate so much every morning! Very quite, love the swimming pool that is sligthly heated and love the lazy river! Nice the big chess to play!

Everything was amazing and the place was super great and clean. It's very near from the beach just 200m . The hospitality was so good even when we reached the place the A/C was already on and thanks for that really appreciate it.
