New ZealandWe loved our stay at Bidiya Desert Camp. Mr Abdullah was a super lovely host, even upgrading us to a better room than we booked. A reason I booked this place was because reviews said you can reach there without a 4x4. We did get stuck in the sand in our little car, but Mr Abdullah expertly got our car out. We could have avoided getting unstuck if we went on the road that was harder packed sand or took air out of our tyres. But Mr Abdulla did meet us at the point where we needed to turn onto the better road, but because we didn't have reception, didn't know he was waiting for us there to help. We also got dinner and breakfast which was great. And did the sunset Jeep tour, which I also recommend. I would 100% recommend this place for a night in the desert to anyone.
