The views from the room were amazing! We were living in the tree tops! The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a great shower room. The kitchen area was well-equipped and we were able to make our breakfast at our leisure and to sit looking at another amazing view. We had a wonderful stay with Richard and are already booked to return.

The rooms were very clean, bedroom is a bit tight (no space for suitcases to open), the lounge area though is large enough. The location is very quiet and in a very well-kept, beautiful complex.

We LOVED it! the apartments were so homey and cozy. it is where you look forward to come back to after a long day of traveling. the host made our rooms so warm on our arrival and they were all so welcoming and kind.

We were met by a wonderful host, who made us feel very welcome and showed us to our apartment, even had a complimentry beverage for us to enjoy. The apartment was laid out beautifully and had everything we needed, it was clean and beds were really comfortable, it was private and looked out onto lovely kept gardens. Location was excellent and close to everything we needed, with lots to do nearby. Highly recommend this property.

We self catered except for fish & chip lunch in Paihia (down the side road not the one on the waterfront) great value. Waipapa has no character; it is a convenient operating base avoiding need to encounter town traffic when going somewhere other than Kerikeri.
