Great and helpful staff. Very nice room/bed/etc. Overall atmosphere of the hotel is really relaxing and makes you feel very welcome and almost at home. And a big plus for contributing and giving back to the local community.

Loved everything about this hotel! Rooms were so nice and Big. Outdoor areas were great and cosy. Staff was very kind, helpful and always smiling !! Good laundry service. 15 min walk for the Center. Smaller breakfast and really good coffee were included, and the you could add extra breakfast for 7$. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Granada!

Nice comfortable room with good air con. A couple of mins walk from the cathedral. Breakfast was fine. They organised a taxi to pick me up in Managua which ended up much cheaper and easier than if I’d tried to book one myself upon arrival.
