What's not to like - perfect location, a few minutes from centre or beach, some super nice bars and restaurants, very safe area. But the host was what makes the difference, going above and beyond on recommendations and support for all guests. We loved our stay here and we actually changed our travel plans so we can return at the end of our trip. Filtered water, free coffee, wine, mosquito repellent, beach towels...all the possible amenities are provided by Fabri who takes amazing care of all guests.

Brand new amenities. Super comfortable rooms. Each space is beautifully designed. The family pool is great. Staff were absolutely adorable with us and so welcoming everywhere: pool staff, restaurant staff, welcome team…Absolutely Delicious food. We loved having a dedicated “guia” taking care of us; Itza was super professional and friendly. She would help us having our kids food pre-ordered and ready for them at diner time.

Great quiet location but only 5 mins walk to the centre. Attentive host who is freely available and provides useful local info. Super breakfast (fruit, cooked & pastries/breads) served in lovely shaded outdoor area. Room facilities good & with a lovely roof terrace, containing sun loungers, hot tub & shaded area.

Reasonable price and well located close to the walking streets where most restaurants are and to the beach. We only stayed one night to avoid sleeping in Cancun after landing in Mexico and this hotel was perfect for this (only 45 minutes drive from Cancun airport). Staff was also very friendly and helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff. Liked the roof top sun lounge, bar, pool area. Hung out there a lot. Close to large supermarkets to get water and food. ADO Alternativa bus station is two blocks away, make sure you get bus from Cancun Airport to ADO Alternativa not ADO Tristica for PDC.

This hotel was spotless, and I would like to thank the GM, the breakfast staff and the hotel cleaners. They were exceptional. The breakfast had everything that anyone would want, and the employees were very friendly in spite of the fact that the hotel was fully booked. The location was perfect-centrally located and very easy to walk to store, the bank and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable, and cozy.
