Dives, food, room and the staff.
The Island is very relaxing, an atmosphere far from the big touristy resort.
Everything is included in the price, no HIDDEN fee !
For me it’s a no brainer.

SloveniaWe stayed at White Sand Inn for 3 nights. And would stayed there again for sure. Great price performance, frendly and welcoming team. They arranged the transfer to and back, they arranged whale shark trip(found whale sharks in no time + Mantas), after whaleshark seeing went snorkling on different reefs(included in price).
(Through out all the trip they arranged all the transitions to different exit points)
They have option to get bikes (out prefered way of exploring thing(for free)). The owner arranged picnic island trip, again for free(maybe exlusive ocasion, but still, it happened:))
Great breakfast. Clean rooms.
They offer to wash and dry your cloathing, again free, which shows the hospitality that we receved.
The bikini beach is 2min away.
Scuba center(Shamar guest house) is next door. Our dive guide also stayed at white sand. (Shamar and white sand are owned by two brothers).
All in all great experience, I would recommened it to anyone who is planning to go to Maamigili.
10/10.

LatviaThis was truly good experience. The hotel is clean, well looking, towels and bedsheets are always clean, food is delicious and fresh, juices is amazing, stuff is friendly and very polite. You will also have free Netflix access there! And the biggest pearl in this hotel is guy who working there, his name is Ripon. You only make a wish... And you will get it!
Location is good, like almost in the middle of this small and beautiful island.
Me and my wife stay there for 6 nights, and our stay included 3 meals per day and 1 free ride to amazing small island, for half a day, where we can be absolutely alone with ocean, white sand and palm trees. You can also buy different kind of excursions from them, they will absolutely take care of you!
I definitely recommend this hotel!

PhilippinesI have been traveling together with my girlfriend to the Maldives and we really didn't know how it's going to be on a local island. Shahid (host) is a person that sets value on good communication beforehand as well as on the trip itself. Before we came there, we chatted via WhatsApp about everything important (flights, diving license, prices etc.). That helped a lot because we felt informed all the way through. I wanted to dive, but my girlfriend cannot. So, she could stay on the boat, could do some snorkeling while I was diving. Shahid managed everything and paid much attention on us feeling good. We could ask him anything at any time. The stay at La Cabana was way better than expected because of the very personal contact to the super-friendly staff.
All in all, the staff works in a very professional way, is reliable, open-minded, funny and makes you think of cancelling your flight back. :)
We definitely would recommend staying at La Cabana. If you are looking for a family-like guesthouse offering many awesome diving and snorkeling trips, you should book here.

It was definitely the best holiday ever.
We loved everything especially the staff are all so friendly and welcoming, they made our holiday special.
Thank you to everyone there especially Nizam, Ahmed from the restaurant, Kalam the chef, Shalahuddin the chef, Faruq from house keeping, Jugal from green fingers, Kamil and the team from water sports and the main bar.
The property is beautiful, clean and modern, the island is relatively big to do so many things.
Everything exceeded our expectations and 120% recommend to anyone planning to go to Maldives.
We will definitely come back to Villa Park!

Coffee machine and coffee can be used anytime.The owner is a very very friendly outgoing person, who is there for his guests. Anything his guests need they can ask him for. We went on amazing tours with him and his stuff. They did everything to make us see the stunning sea life around Maamagili island. He and his stuff met all my expectations.

You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than that would have to be someone who loves water sports as these are the main activities in this country, anyways. Bring a mosquito or any insect repellent, you will need these after a stroll on the shores or anywhere there are plants. Also have an anti-nausea pill if you are the seasick type. Taxis have a fixed price for each location, check that out. Alcohol in the resorts is expensive but then again that's all you got. My favorite places were snorkeling from the pier of the Italian restaurant, and the water villas we stayed in (also good for snorkelling, but the water is very shallow). We had half-board, and were so happy with the breakfast and dinner buffets that we never opted for anything extra. Getting around in Maamigli on foot was easy for us, but I understand we could have requested golf cart transportation as well. We preferred walking. I was a little concerned beforehand whether we'd be spending a fortune on drinking water (since we didn't have all-inclusive), but drinking water was provided daily by the housekeeping, so no problem at all. Next time I'll make an even bigger effort to avoid getting sunburned. We used 50 SPF sunblock and re-applied often, but lengthy snorkeling still got some of our backs.Guest review byMikkoFinland
