Everything at this property appears to be new and unused. The owners live above which is handy for access and advice on the area/island. 100% genuine people. I felt privileged to stay. St. Felix beach is an easy 30 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride. Book your stay here with confidence.

Hospitality of the owner and the caretaker made us feel like at home. They are such lovely and welcoming people. The place itself was nice and quiet. Everything was easily accessable. And the neighbors dog was a nice company.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at KOA and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The staff at this hotel truly set it apart. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, was marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering thoughtful touches that exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were impeccable—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is a testament to the dedication of the entire team. A special thank you to Utam, Kavi and Dess for their outstanding service. It’s rare to encounter such a passionate and committed group of people, and they made my stay unforgettable. Amazing Lilly and Ian made this place a familiar paradise we didn't want to leave. We highly recommend KOA to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience. 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything! It is a paradise. We loved the chalets, the staff, the swimming pool, the sounds of birds, the breakfast, … but most of all the beautiful nature where you are immerse and feel part of. Everything!!! The location was 2nd to none. We had an ocean front junior suite and it was perfect. The staff are next level amazing. The food was really good and overall for the experience it was fantastic value for money.

The apartment is spotless and the Host is just a lovely person, I can't recommend it highly enough, there's even a small restaurant 1 minutes walk, shhh, don't tell everyone it'll be booked when we need it.

Aleksandra and Akash were lovely people and I was pleased to stay with them for three days. The room was nice and big with a lovely personal touch on the interior design, and the common kitchen and garden was nice!

Jacqueline and her sister are really sweet. the overall experience is very personal and unique. Jacqueline takes care of us and share information with us where we can visit and explore. We talk almost twice a day, we share our traveling experience and she shared things in her life. She also sometimes makes us some breakfast and desserts when we don’t have any planned food. Jacqueline is really good at making handcrafts, her place is even more beautiful than her picture. She has a small garden with all kind of fruits and she even made us some gems and prepare fruits when we arrive🥭 They are super good 😌 Her places is super close to the gris gris beach which is beautiful. There are a wonderful track to walk on and a waterfall to swim. Very challenging but as well really rewarding. we also visit Lê morne mountain, crocodile farm with our rental car. Those are really nice for 3-4 days of visiting.

We had the double room with sea view and we're very happy about that choice. The kitchen was very basic, but we prepared food there and the terrace was very nice. A/C worked well and the bed was very big and comfy. Location very good: busstop 3 minutes by foot, Gris Gris beach and supermarket also walking distance. It was quiet at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Easy Checkin and - out and the owner recommended a good driver for a day trip. We would stay there again, it was a very good price-/performance ratio. Thanks, Bilal!
