We had an extraordinary experience thanks to Ophelia and Sylvia. Not only were they service-minded, friendly and helpful, they were also very kind to our daughter. We were blessed to receive a room upgrade to the Andaz suite. A super spacious room (68 sqm) with a modern design and thoughful selection of furniture, with living room and a bed that fitted prefectly for a familiy of 3. The room had all options for charging: USB-A, USB-C and wireless charge. Also, the cleaniness was excellent. Please keep it up with the cleaniness! The room had a big wardrobe, and became our daughters little secret castle, with she loved! She also loved the drawing-kit that she received. Suprisingly, the room offered a serveral options of free soft drinks, beer, wine, milk and Andaz special snackbox. We really appreciated it! Overall, the Andaz hotel offers a high quality of service and always had their customers in mind. Bathroom amenities for both adults and children, facial mask and leg mask with was super beneficial after a long walk in Macau, shopping bag, protection for your cellphone for your visit at the swiming pool at Galaxy Grand Resort - without extra charge. Friendly tips: Every evening, the hotel lobby offers relaxing time with free drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus outside the hotel. Make sure to ask the staff about the scheduale.

The staff was extremely helpful and happy to do so. They could also communicate in English efficiently. The facilities was large, clean and aesthetic. The pool had washrooms that includes saunas, hot tubs, showers, toilets and an area to get ready (which was stocked with utilities). The rooms was also extremely spacious with a city view. Overall, it’s worth staying at for the relaxing sensations and high end treatment.

This is the best hotel I have ever visited abroad. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed. Moreover, the room condition and bedding were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were pure relaxation. I had a wonderful stay at The Londoner! I want to give a special shoutout to Frank at the front desk—he was incredibly professional and kind. He went out of his way to upgrade my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. Frank also took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in great detail, which I really appreciated. His warm and attentive service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel, and huge thanks to Frank for the exceptional hospitality!
