Very kind, attentive and helpful staff. The animators entertain the guests, my daughter's favorite was Momo, he always made her smile.The food was delicious, there was plenty of everything. This is family-oriented hotel, special thanks for the cot.

We travelled as a group of 3 adults and 3 children and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our 4-day getaway. We were upgraded to the 4-bedroom villa and it was fantastic in every way. The kids had a lovely time in the huge pool, the kitchen was well stocked and the rooms are all ensuite and very spacious. The airport pickup is as promised and the driver was there on time. One of the best things about this facility is Marouane, the manager. He was very professional and responsive both before and during our stay, quickly attending to any issues we had. He even arranged a lovely birthday cake for our kids' celebration. Thanks Marouane for making our stay memorable in every way - we'll definitely be returning to Villa Fleurs in the near future!
