The staff at this hotel were so friendly and very attentive. Manal and the other receptionists made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was personally served and the espresso was delicious. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

it was a lovely stay , its a ***** star hotel good rooms and staf was friendly i had a problem with the previous hotel i had forgot a expensive phone charger i request from the sweet lady in the front disck to call them she was so helpful and she offer me to keep the room until 14h00 , last thing It caught my attention the front desk manager is a young man werring glaces and fancy wearing suit and tie everyday handsome man good english speaking i forget his name thank you so much for your help

the Staff were very friendly especially abderahim the front desk agent and yousef as well, they answered all my questions the bell man also was very professional assisting with luggage, sincerely the service was great. The hotel is very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and kind to us. The weather was too hot and the place provides the perfect environment to chill out by the pool. We lad lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing. Very good chef and breakfast was fab.
