The staff at this hotel were so friendly and very attentive. Manal and the other receptionists made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was personally served and the espresso was delicious. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

it was a lovely stay , its a ***** star hotel good rooms and staf was friendly i had a problem with the previous hotel i had forgot a expensive phone charger i request from the sweet lady in the front disck to call them she was so helpful and she offer me to keep the room until 14h00 , last thing It caught my attention the front desk manager is a young man werring glaces and fancy wearing suit and tie everyday handsome man good english speaking i forget his name thank you so much for your help

the Staff were very friendly especially abderahim the front desk agent and yousef as well, they answered all my questions the bell man also was very professional assisting with luggage, sincerely the service was great. Mister Youssuf and the staff in both reception, breakfast room and restaurant was nice, friendly and service minded and made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect and safe - and had very nice terraces. The breakfast was also very good with different fruits and specialties every day. The room was cosy and the bed very good. We give our warmest recommendations to this ryad and its people.

The hotel is very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and kind to us. The weather was too hot and the place provides the perfect environment to chill out by the pool. We lad lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing. Very good chef and breakfast was fab.

I travel for business regularly and I can say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Also worth to mention I rarely write reviews but this one it is worth it and deserved. Areas to relax and just spend some time enjoying the garden in the central swimming pool area, the restaurants and specially the Indian restaurant in the rooftop. The riad was in a great location, in the Medina, but a bit off the hustle and bustle of the Souk bazaars, in a more quiet area, yet 5 minutes walk to the Souk. Adil was amazing, he helped us with everything we needed, advised on places to go, shared some life hacks. The Origines riad is a charming little oasis with a cosy interior and a great price. The breakfast was delicious with a nice daily variety 🥰 The rooftop terrace was amazing, stylish and a great option to catch some sun. This riad definitely made our journey to Marrakech just perfect! Also, the restaurant opposite the riad - Dar Zelij is worth the visit, also was advised by Adil and we weren't disappointed!
