it was a lovely stay , its a ***** star hotel good rooms and staf was friendly i had a problem with the previous hotel i had forgot a expensive phone charger i request from the sweet lady in the front disck to call them she was so helpful and she offer me to keep the room until 14h00 , last thing It caught my attention the front desk manager is a young man werring glaces and fancy wearing suit and tie everyday handsome man good english speaking i forget his name thank you so much for your help

the Staff were very friendly especially abderahim the front desk agent and yousef as well, they answered all my questions the bell man also was very professional assisting with luggage, sincerely the service was great. The service from the staff exceeded my expectations. At check-in, Mr. Ibrahim at the reception welcomed me in a courteous and professional manner and informed me about the facilities of my stay. Mr. Khalid (whom I recognized from a previous stay at the end of 2014) also served me in a friendly, attentive, and professional way during dinner at the restaurant. Mr. Mahdi exceeded my expectations the next morning during breakfast — he was very proactive in his contact with me and truly left nothing to be desired at the buffet. I have a second booking in July and I hope to meet these gentlemen again. I’m very satisfied with everyone I came into contact with, from the concierge, the porter, and all the other restaurant staff. The food was tasty, served hot and quickly. I was pampered by everyone — now that’s what I call relaxing! The room with a view of the pool was very beautiful and very clean. Until next time!
