Overall, Lesotho is not only about snow there are many other places you could visit to experience the culture of Basotho people. We went to Afriski for the snow then came to Maseru where we went to Kome Caves, Thaba Bosiu Cultural village , went to a local club and mingled with locals and there was a live band performing which made the experience more exciting.

Maseru is always vibrant if one knows where to go. I'd suggest a tour guide or someone to take the guest around as most places are spaced out and need transporttation to navigate one's way through town. A central accommodation place will be helpful to avoid traffic interruptions whenever one needs to make a move.

I Loved the magical drive from Maseru to Afriski. The most scenic drive with magical waterfalls. People were so informative and friendly. Roads needs a bit of attention. Potholes were a bit hectic. Lesotho is indeed the kingdom of the mountains and i would definately go back. Hiking is excellent. Food was excellent. The Sky restaurant was beautiful with very friendly staff and excellent food and service.

Morning traffic into the city is a menace, however traffic police come all out to control and direct it. We had a problem with our car on the morning of our important meeting, nonetheless we got into a taxi that managed to maneuver Maseru traffic and got us to our meeting on time.

I didn't like anything. Potholes everywhere in the city. People are hostile they always talk to you in their language even if you tell them you don't understand their language. Too much traffic congestion, people park cars in the middle of the road and it is nobody business. The city is horrible

Hokohanya its a decent place but over rated place as we , I did not like the fact that the breakfast was limited to R150 per hotel guest, if you eat more than R150 you have to top up the amount, as the guest of the hotel who booked for bed and breakfast I was totally off by that arrangement from the hotel. That turned off completely to even try their menu at no7 restaurant
