The location was perfect, the food was exceptional, Staff - They were very professional and very helpful. Rooms are perfect to relax and well maintained property, which is very close to Gregory Lake, the hot spot. Price is reasonable, too. We will definitely stay here when we visit again. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The place is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. This hotel is newly built and in an exzellent condition. It is friendly and clean and has beautiful english furnitures. European and American guest will feel just like at home! It is a perfect place to relax in a britsh luxury atmosphere and recover from exhausting traveling across the country. The climate is fresh and full of clean air. We want to say special thanks to the housekeepers Christy and Jegan who were amazing! They made us feel at home and helped us with every matter (even with a ironing). They are the nicest hotel stuff we have met during our 4 weeks stay in Sri Lanka. Our special tip for travellers: take a tasty cup of cinnemon tea which is handmade by Chef Kelum, the cook. The hotel is situated in a hidden place called "Little England" which is very good protected and you can feel safe and enjoy privacy. Christy and Jegan arranged very cheep tuktuk trips for us, to go downtown or to go to the central bus station of Nuwara Eliya, and we had a super driver: Ruha, he was reliable and always punctual.

Amazing place with lake view. Loved the cabin ( really big). Its clean and the staff are friendly . They went above and beyond and prepared take away breakfast as i had to check out before official breakfast timing Highly recommended Small advice, if ur there the boat trip on the lake is overrated, walk around the lake its 1000 ruppes per person, its an amazing walk

Very friendly, polite, and professional staff. The hotel was amazing, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Still cannot understand how this hotel is a 4 star and not a 5 star hotel! Definately recommended.

We had the best experience ever had in nuwara eliya. Since the arrival we got warm welcome by the staff. The food was amazingly fresh. The bar also cozy. Got a perfect and professional treatment at the spa and sauna. Gym with new equipment.Highly recommended. Definitely visit again.
