This is a family owned and operated business away from the noise of the town, in a tranquil setting. Sanjeev and Lalith were very welcoming, and included us in their family and friends celebration of Sinhalese new year, which was exceptional. Room 3 was very large, and the bathroom spacious and just right. A perfect setting for respite close to nature. The meals were the best we've had in 12 days so far in Sri Lanka!

Everything about our stay was wonderful and the hosts made sure that we had a great stay. The room was clean and has a powerful and hot shower. The balcony and pool have beautiful views and are perfect after a day exploring Dambulla and Sigiriya. Our hosts were happy to prepare whatever food we wanted, we asked for their choice and both nights it was delicious. Breakfast was also excellent, and plentiful! I wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights!

Cannot thank the staff enough. We had the best 7 days on Sri Lanka thanks to their amazing hospitality. The room was massive and we had 2 interconnected rooms that were very clean and well maintained. The food was incredible and well worth paying for half board. My kids asked if we could stay forever! This place will have a little place in our hearts and I honestly cannot recommend the place enough. Thank you

Had an amazing stay at Blue Mountains View! The hosts were absolutely fantastic—felt like we were staying with friends rather than just guests. Dinner chats were so heartfelt and personal, really got to know each other, which made it even more special. The farm visit was a highlight—truly one of the best experiences, seeing how everything is grown and hearing the stories behind it. Probably the best accommodation we have had during our stay in Sri Lanka ! We loved everything about this place! Perfect location to relax (you ll hear the sound of birds on the morning), very cute little house for 2 people, comfortable and well decorated. Good food, and last but not least, an incredible host! okay where do you start? Ruwan is an exceptional host, he is engaging and passionate. in the morning he offered to show us his land. Do not miss this opportunity you will learn so so much and there no hard sell at the end of it, actually he’s trying to sell you nothing, he just wants you to understand that his country is more than just the beaches. The room was spacious and lovely and has a genius floor arrangement in the bathroom. there’s a wonderful terrace with a stunning view and a large table at a height you can work at (important for us)…..and the WiFi is good. if you go, and you must go,your host may also cook you the most amazing dinner of fresh food from his land. well priced and would get a mitchellin star in a restaurant at home. there is a bus stop at the end of the road for busses to Dambulla and Kandy. all in all sorry we were only here for one night

Unique hotel is located in wonderful place! Amazing view on the lake, green surroundings, monkey everywhere also including your balcony of the room) Very friendly and welcomed stuff! Great tasty food for valuable money. Well-equiped sportgym. All hotel building is drown in green grass and plans - incredible, we have never seen before such natural decorations travelling around the world. Great jacuzzi with the panoramic view on the lake.
