Beautiful colonial building with nice gardens. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are so attentive and helpful. Was the perfect choice after a busy 10 days travelling around Sri Lanka. They upgraded me to a better room which was very kind.

Beautiful colonial style building with a nice and peaceful garden. Perfect location and very helpful and nice staff. The manager gave me a ride to the bus station at 5:30 am. I would definitely stay there again.

Best accomodation and best hosts ever. We are so grateful to be your gests! Everything was just perfect. Perfect room, very clean, quiet, in European style. I did not see such rooms even in few times more expensive hotels in Unawatuna. Excellent breakfasts! We also enjoyed some specialties cooked by the hosts and it is so important when you feel like at home. They even gave as a present, a wooden elefant before our departure. We definitely recommend this place for everybody who comes to Unawatuna. 10 out of 10!

We regret only staying one night in this wonderful hotel... We really enjoyed the beautiful setting, the swimming pool, the very clean and comfortable room and the delicious dinner and breakfast! Samith and all the staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is absolutely beautiful; the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and in the best possible location. The breakfast was amazing, and just in general, all the small details made the stay extremely lovely.
