Everything was truly excellent. The aesthetics of the resort are absolutely beautiful and calming, the rooms are nicely decorated and the bathroom is really spacious and clean. The bed slept super comfortable. Breakfast was truly delicious, coffee great too. Really everything was brilliant. Felt totally at ease staying at this resort. Wish we could stay longer!

Beautiful colonial building with nice gardens. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are so attentive and helpful. Was the perfect choice after a busy 10 days travelling around Sri Lanka. They upgraded me to a better room which was very kind.

The Galle Heritage Villa is really a fantastic place to stay in Galle. Ideally located in a nice central street of the Galle Fort, this beautifully renovated colonial house is perfect. Very warm welcome from the people managing the place, very quiet area and room, at our arrival, and all along the stay. The Villa is decorated with a perfect taste and refinement, large common areas, a nice yard with trees, grass, amchairs and garlands of lights at night. We stayed in one of the 2 rooms at the frist floor. Our room was very accommodating and spacious, with a kettle for making tea and coffee. Here also a refined choice of teas. The bathroom was huge with every possible comfort and nicely decorated. The value for money was really good. Do not hesitate one second!

I can confidently say this is a hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail was evident. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for my entire stay. The team went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home, and their hospitality truly elevated my experience. The food was nothing short of excellent—each meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds. I cannot recommend this place enough to my friends who are planning to visit Sri Lanka. I hope to return in the future with my family to create even more wonderful memories. Any small request or question I had was met with immediate attention from the incredible team. Great place to stay in southern Sri Lanka! Hospitality at the Jini House is topnotch — the host family are super friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Great breakfast on offer. Pretty chill and green ambience. Good room with good amenities — the loose natural stones on the shower floor were a nice touch. The house itself is located in a calm and green neighbourhood in Ahangama, conveniently close to the beach but tucked away from (but close enough to) busy tourist hotspots like Galle, Weligama, and Mirissa. We ended up not venturing away from this part of Ahangama and stayed mostly along Kabalana Beach since we found the vibe here quite unbeatable compared to other beaches in the area — long and not-so-crowded coastal stretch with incredible sunset views, nice palm huts, surfing schools, and food options. 💯% recommended! We would come back again for sure!

I really recommend the sky view cabin in Unawatuna 😃 The place was clean, comfortable and it was really good idea to build cabin in this style. I really enjoyed the time I’ve spent there. Owner was extremely friendly and his wife made excellent and tasty food. The owner also invited us to the museum where he told us the history of Sri Lanka. It was very interesting💕

Best accomodation and best hosts ever. We are so grateful to be your gests! Everything was just perfect. Perfect room, very clean, quiet, in European style. I did not see such rooms even in few times more expensive hotels in Unawatuna. Excellent breakfasts! We also enjoyed some specialties cooked by the hosts and it is so important when you feel like at home. They even gave as a present, a wooden elefant before our departure. We definitely recommend this place for everybody who comes to Unawatuna. 10 out of 10!
