Very nice and helpful owner and staff, we felt very welcomed! :) Room was modern and nicely furnished with a great view into the hills. We loved the relaxing and quiet atmosphere a bit far from Ella town. Good a la carte breakfast where you can choose from Continental with egg or Sri Lankan.

The staff here are exceptionally well-trained, polite, and genuinely friendly. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. A special mention goes to Dilshan, who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Even the owner personally dropped us into town in his own car, which shows the level of care and hospitality offered here. The property itself is very clean, well maintained, and has an elegant charm. The views from the hotel are truly breathtaking — some of the best you can see anywhere. Adding to the charm are their two beautiful dogs, Tubby and Lolly, who make you feel even more at home. The family is so accommodating and friendly that you genuinely feel like part of their home rather than just a guest. The hospitality and service we received were far beyond what we paid for, making this stay truly memorable.
