The most beautiful and hospitable hotel ived visited globally , food excellent, staff superb , rooms clean . Food again I cannot rate highly enough. This hotel screams old English etiquette with a modern touch . Really one of the best hotels and I highly recommend. We are used to luxury in Dubai and this hotels service and the hotel its self didn’t disappoint!

The space was simple, brand new, cozy, and beautifully designed, it felt very cozy from the moment we arrived. The food from the in-house restaurant was incredible, full of flavour and made with so much care. What truly stood out was how warmly we were welcomed. Our immediate family had planned this trip after such a long time apart, and Croft Cottage gave us the perfect setting to reconnect. It wasn’t just a holiday, it was a heartfelt experience shared with loved ones. There’s truly no better way to spend quality time together. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner was also very welcoming. I ordered a meal during my stay and it was delicious. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, which made it very convenient. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, the food was exceptional, Staff - They were very professional and very helpful. Rooms are perfect to relax and well maintained property, which is very close to Gregory Lake, the hot spot. Price is reasonable, too. We will definitely stay here when we visit again. Quite Place with a good service. Balconies are there with lake view . Had an amazing time with at this place while they had some great foods we ordered dinner through there restaurant and it was delicious. Hoping to visit this hotel once again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The place is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The interior of the place was amazing as the place was somewhat of a modern wood home. The staff are also amazing as they were eager to help us and were super friendly. The dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations and is one of if not the best food we had ever try. 100% recommend
