Worth every penny. Nice and quiet room with a soft bed. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location with great views over the Mekong.

Not my first time staying here. The place still has a magical atmosphere. A lush garden faving the Mekong. Highly recommend to take some workshops while staying there. The view is so inspiring. A great creative retreat. Book ahead for drinks/meals in the tree house. The restaurant serves good food too.

I felt at home from the moments I stepped in the Garden House! Immaculate clean apartment, very large space. The hostess is the warmest person I have met in the whole SE Asia. She has hired very service minded staff and they are always ready to help. I got so much better service than if I had checked in a regular hotel. We really appreciate we were assigned a ground floor apartment so my husband didn’t have to climb many stairs with his bad knees. We also have been served the best breakfast we have had in whole Laos. Delicious and always freshly made. Homemade jams and homemade soy milk! We couldn’t ask for more. Definitely a place to recommend to everyone I know. P.S. you are welcome to pick fruits and veggies from the garden - it is a lovely thing we were allowed to do.

Nice old style colonial hotel. A wee bit out of the way, but they provide a free shuttle service into town, the staff were excellent, they couldn’t do enough for you.Hotel wasn’t new, but kept very clean. Nice and quiet location with little garden to the rear of the hotel.

New excellent hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Great location overlooking the river and sunset. Free transport to and from the city in a beautiful electric car at any time, as well as from and to the airport. I would like to mention DA from the reception and PHAN, they especially did everything to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you!
