Located in the banks of Mekong, where you have a stunning view and just a few minutes from the center, driving motorbike rented by the resort, is an Oasis of tranquility in the busy Luang Prabang. I had a truly wonderful experience at Dream 1985 Hotel. The location is perfect — tucked in a quiet lane but still within walking distance to the night market and main attractions in Luang Prabang. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the balcony with a view of the pool — such a relaxing space to enjoy a morning coffee. The bed was super comfortable and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from arranging transportation to giving local tips. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, eggs, and local options — a perfect start to the day.

Solid location, great staff & AC, room was clean and had no bugs compared to other places where I stayed in LP. Slept like a baby. Didn't get to try the breakfast.

Great location very close to main shopping and restaurants all walking distance. Centrally located to all the famous and historical sites. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The best was Caroline who took time to contact me before arriving offering various help and on checking in spend more than 30 minutes providing various advices on how to move about in Luang Prabang, what and where to eat. Many thanks Caroline. The highlight was the sumptuous breakfast of local and French or have both. We had our breakfast there on 3 consecutive days !!! Definitely value for money, Will come again when next in LP.

Leo is a fantastic host. He and his team took care of everything (arranging scooter, transfer to railway station, recommendations where to eat, etc.). The newly renovated rooms have everything you need - from proper "European" mattress to good pressure in the hot shower. Breakfast is amazing, plentiful and very tasty. Besides, the villa and surroundings are very beautiful
