The hotel was so nice, I liked the Korean heating system. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice room with city view. The complimentary sandwich was also very delicious. And the valet parking was also very helpful.

The location is great -- very close to the airport with lots of restaurants and cafes around. Several buses stops nearby allow you to travel all over Jeju. Nice, clean, comfortable room and the breakfast was great with freshly cooked meals and a loooot of things to choose from. Nice restaurant on the top floor to have dinner at

The hotel has a great location and very accommodating staffs. I appreciate the cleaning lady as well as she always makes my daughter bed extra special. Her effort to make nice arrangements with my daughters toys, pillows and whatever stuff she leaves on the bed. My daughter always say that she’s so nice to do that extra work. You can visit many places by foot - restaurants, convenience stores, Black Pork Street, Dongmun Market, etc.

We loved staying at Shilla plus. The pools were heated and large, which was a plus point. Also Oh Soovin at the front desk was amazing. He gave great service and helped us out a lot.
