All the staff, from the bellboys to the managers, is absolutely amazing. They are all extremely capable at meeting any needs of international guests, more so than other Seoul hotels of the same level. Access to the executive club is well worthy. Breakfast, afternoon snacks and "pre-dinner" were always excellent and there is coffee and tea available throughout the entire day. The coffee machine by the way always stopped working but it was really a minor issue well handled by the staff and made more of a nuisance due to the behavior of other guests being overly annoyed by it. Rooms are quite spacious, well equipped and cleaned to perfection daily. Like most korean hotels, they are not miserly as in the west and will give free water bottles. The maid that was responsible for my room also had the finesse of realizing I drank as much water as a camel and replenished my room with plenty of bottles. Laundry service was so cautious and attentive that they realized one of my pants had a missing button, immediately sent it back to me before washing so I could verify and fixed it free of charge. Location couldn't be better as you're at the heart of Seoul for business and leisure. If you'd like to ride the underground instead of going by taxi, there are a couple of stations at very near walking distance - be aware that Korea seems to love stairways and you will find many of them in your path.

The location of the hotel is great, with sights, public transportation und restaurants closeby. After a long journey we were so happy that our room was ready before regular checkin time. The room was spacious and clean, the facilities on the second floor very convenient - we regularly came by for water, used the fitness center on a rainy day and also did laundry.

    I love Seoul because there are so many things to do both...

    I love Seoul because there are so many things to do both cultural and food. I like the Gwanjang market as well as Namdaemun and Myeongdong. I really love the pork and beef in Seoul. It’s very fresh and texture is great. It’s very easy to get around Seoul using subway and bus.

    Seoul is a wonderful city to visit.

    Seoul is a wonderful city to visit. There is never a day that you'll be bored! From delicious restaurants to fun music events, you'll never run out of things to do. If you buy a transport card and charge it up at the airport, you'll be able to get around the city with ease for a low price. I recommend visiting Coex Mall, Lotte World, Han River, and Seokchon Lake. If you download the Naver Map app, you can type in the kind of food you want to eat or the activity you want to do, and you'll find it easily. Have so much fun in the city that never sleeps!

    I love how busseling Seoul is and all the sites and sounds it has to offer. Koreans still tend to be on the racist side especially if you are a person of color. That is the down side of this country. If they could stop that, Korea would be a great place.

    Seoul is an amazing city!

    Seoul is an amazing city! A perfect mix of tradition and modern life — from stunning palaces and peaceful temples to high-tech shopping and vibrant nightlife. The food is incredible, the people are kind, and getting around is super easy. There's always something exciting to see or do. Can’t wait to go back!

    Public transport is amazing! Internet is very fast. I felt safe because there are CCTVs everywhere. They have a lot of mountains within the city that you can hike. Lots of parks, walking trails, clean public toilets.

    Location was excellent - you could reach the hotel with one train from the Incheon airport. Personally I really loved the Hongdae neighborhood - there were many cafes, shops, bars and clubs in the district that gave many options where to spend your evenings. We stayed in South Korea for 2 weeks and this was our favourite hotel. The premises and room of the hotel was quite new, with all necessary appliances. Check in/out was on the upper floor and the staff was really helpful - they even found my bracelet that I thought I had lost.

    -the location was just perfect , right next to myeong-dong and airport bus shuttle stop. - the lady host & 1 guy was super friendly and helpful. - it has dryer and washer in the property. - the bed is so firm and comfortable - I couldn’t find any location in map or google map, I’ve heard Korea not support map or google map, anyway if you are confuse the location it’s right opposite of sky park hotel myeong-dong , right next to the metcha cafe myeongdong.

    Great location - made it easy to explore everywhere by foot and it was easy to get to/from the airport by Publix transport. Breakfast included delicious Korean food (plus western food but didn’t really try), making it a great start to each day. The room was comfortable and quiet, bed and bathroom facilities were top notch. Cute boutique hotel and would love to stay here again if I come back to Seoul!

    this was hands down the best hotel we stayed at in Korea! staff were amazing! room was huge and extremely comfortable as were the beds. complimentary mini bar was great! bathroom amazing! everything super clean! lication was fabulous! right on top of great restaurants and about a 59m walk to the main part if Myeongdong-gil! would return here in a heartbeat!

    I've stayed in 10+ hotels/homestays in South Korea and this one is real good. I particularly enjoyed the communication with staff, I felt they are genuine people that do their best to make guests comfortable. The place itself is lovely, just 5 minutes away from Hongdae station and has lots of yummy places all around.
