Our recent stay at the camp was absolutely magical! From the very start, Sandra was incredibly helpful and responsive when I messaged her. She made the booking process so smooth and ensured we had everything we need. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with an incredible dance by the team to celebrate our arrival We were there to celebrate my mom's birthday, and the team made it so special! On one of the nights, they surprised her with a beautiful cake and a mini party. Their attention to detail and genuine effort to make her day memorable meant the world to us. The people at the camp truly made our experience extraordinary. Joseph, the owner, was an incredible tour guide who shared his deep knowledge and passion for the area, making every adventure even more exciting. Patrick, Daniel, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, and their kindness and warmth made our stay unforgettable. The food was out of this world! Every meal was a celebration of fresh, flavorful dishes that made dining one of the highlights of our stay. Each bite was prepared with so much care that it felt like a true feast every time. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the sounds of nature was a dream come true. The thoughtful details, from the cozy beds to the special birthday decorations, made everything feel so personalized and luxurious. The camp itself was pristine and impeccably maintained, which gave us so much comfort and peace of mind. This camp didn’t just enhance our trip, it became the heart of our Maasai Mara adventure. The warmth, hospitality, and genuine care from the team made it an experience we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place that combines breathtaking surroundings, amazing people, and unforgettable moments, this is the perfect destination. It also helps that the camp is very close to the gate. Thank you to the entire team, for making our trip so special.

The entire team at greenwood are incredibly hospitable. they went above and beyond to help make our time at the park as memorable as relaxing as possible. The team is small and makes it feel like a home away from home with home cooked meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. Magdy went out of his way to even help organise our tours and transport before we’d arrived. Will come back over and over!

Perfect location - right next to Ol Kiombo airstrip, the most amazing staff, incredible food, and beautiful tents! Our safari guide, Joab, and the staff namely, Metrine, Masila, Charles and Sallilah (apologies for any typos!!) were very friendly and took a lot of effort. We thank the entire team for their dedication and hard work.

We had an absolutely beautiful week at Kobe Mara, in the Masai Mara Conservancy. We stayed in one of their four tents and had the most incredible wildlife roaming in front of our tent or at the water in front of the main house every single day. Sammy, his right hand Jonathan and their team carried us on their hands and made sure our every need was met with a huge smile. We went on games drives in the Masai Mara with rangers Moses & Alex. Their passion for nature and their culture was tangible in the experience and the knowledge they shared priceless. The chef Julius did wonders in the kitchen & the team even surprised us with a cake and little celebration on our final evening. The experiences we have had in the last week is something we will cherish forever. We cannot wait for our next visit.

From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by Valery and her amazing team. We stayed in a beautifully designed, cozy room (everything inside was chosen with care and filled with comfort) The atmosphere at Emboo is magical: peaceful nature, evenings around the fire on soft poufs under the stars, delicious meals, and a deep connection to the nature. We would especially like to thank: Felix, our safari guide — calm, deeply experienced, and one of the best in his field. He made every game drive feel personal and insightful. Tobin, the photographer, full of passion and soul. Every photo he took captured something deeper than just an image. Rhoda, who looked after us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredible kindness and attention. And Pedro, who always brought a smile, kindness, and genuine care. he made us feel truly welcomed. The little things made, like hot water bottles waiting in our room at night and even placed in the safari jeep for those chilly early drives. These thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. The entire team at Emboo is united by true hospitality, care for nature, and love for what they do. We’re already home, but our hearts are still with you at Emboo. If you looking for authentic hustle-free experience look no more! Guys from Narasha were amazing. Transfer from Nairobi was very well organised, and we had very warm welcome with amazing dinner. They also had their driver guide Kindey who was very experienced and showed many special things. Of course we seen every possible animal. Breakfast and Lunch was packed for us each morning so we could enjoy it in wilderness. Accommodation was spotless with lovely bathroom big room and very comfy bed with moskito net. Manager Merci, chef Lucky, guide Kindy and our guard William made our safari trip magical and unforgettable.(We stayed for 3nights in mid September.)

    Food is well presented and tasty however it is a bit salty.

    Food is well presented and tasty however it is a bit salty. If there is tea pots, and some sweets the stay would be more relaxing. Breakfast and Lunch box we had for game drive was excellent with tasty Rosemary chicken roast. There you can find many animals during your stay in Kobe Mara, so you may feel as if you are staying in the park. What makes this camp outstanding is absolutely hospitality of the staffs. We definitely recommend this camp and we like to come back again soon.

    Great place, lots of animals, beautiful landscapes.

    Great place, lots of animals, beautiful landscapes. Pity that the guides from some travel agencies are not respecting the large carnivores (lions, cheetah) and come too close. Also some guides are allowing tourists to sit on the roof of the jeep, which is forbidden as it is frightening animals.

    Fig Tree safari camp is in an amazing location!

    Fig Tree safari camp is in an amazing location! The entire camp is surrounded by a river that you look out at from your room, complete with hippos and other wildlife. The camp is very safe with Maasai men patrolling the park all night. They also walk you to your tent after dark. There is a beautiful pool, campfire, dining room. It’s worth the drive!
