MUST STAY if you come to Mombasa ! Located approximately 45 min from the Airport in Bamburi Beach. Everything was perfect, I would like to live in this resort hahah. The buffet for breakfast and diner is great and changes daily. The staff is super helpful and nice. The resort is extra clean, the gardens are perfectly entertained. There are daily activities and an evening concert. There are a lot of security guards, so it's really safe. The swimming pool is very transparent. What else ? It was incredible...

This is an AMAZING hotel! Me and my friends stayed there for 2 days. We are tourists and got really great experience staying in Monbasa and Premium Inn. The hotel manager, Levi, is exceptionally helpful and responsible. The hotel stuff is professional and warm hearted. The breakfast is also wonderful. The front desk always helps to give you travel advice (eg, telling you the safe time of traveling out and help you get a Tuktuk). All in all, this is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had and I recommend it to everyone.

Phenomenal 😍 Experience – A Stay to Remember! We had the most incredible experience at this hotel, and it truly exceeded 💯our already high expectations! We were celebrating both our anniversary and my fiancée’s birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special. From the beautiful surprises they prepared for us, we felt genuinely valued and celebrated—something we will always be grateful for. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly 🫶🏾 welcomed with a refreshing drink and snacks at the reception. The staff not only greeted us with smiles but also took the time to give us a tour of the property and explain how everything works, which we truly appreciated. The buffet breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing—so many delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant staff were kind, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. The swimming pools and the private beach were simply the best—beautiful, clean, and safe, with incredibly comfortable sun beds that made relaxing so easy. A special shout-out to Mr. Bakari, who made sure our transport to the hotel was smooth and safe, and to Stephen, our driver, who not only got us there comfortably but also shared so much about the city that we felt welcomed before we even arrived. This stay was more than just a holiday—it was a memory we’ll always ❤️treasure.     We were looking for a family holiday by the sea and can...

    We were looking for a family holiday by the sea and can thoroughly recommend Mombasa. The apartment was on Lido beach which suited us perfectly and found a local taxi driver to take us to attractions such as Haller Park and Wild Water (water slides). The city is busy and there's significant work being done to the roads. So expect the occasional jam and some very bumby roads. In July the temp was just under 30 degrees C and there was a refeshing breeze from the south to temperate this. That also seemed to keep the mosquitoes at bay. We were pleasantly surprised to find some very good restaurants (e.g. CJ's near Wild Water - good food and good service). We didn't sample the night life nor take a safari to Amboseli - something for next time!

    Interesting city.

    Interesting city. Lots of attractions for visitors - a wide range of hotels, beaches and activities for people of all ages. Traffic can get crazy during rush hours so plan your movements with this in mind.

    A lovely break from the hustle and bustle of Addis Ababa. Short, direct flight, at reasonable prices, perfect for a long weekend escape. Also great for seafood and delicious food that is not available in Ethiopia.

    Mombasa is a beautiful city with clean beaches and streets. Was surprised by the cleanliness of the city. Excellent seafood and value for money. Enjoyed food at Tamarind restaurant. As we hired a car for our stay, getting around wasn't an issue. Just have to avoid peak traffic times. Will be definitely going again to explore the place. We felt very safe.

    The people are friendly and quick to help with directions. My fav places were “Wild Waters” and “Go Karting” since we had so much fun as a family. I preferred using uber/bolt to move around as it’s cheaper than hiring a driver or car. We had our lunch meals at the places we visited and KFC which has several outlets, alternately we had a local chef who came and made us Swahili breakfast and dinner everyday..she was awesome.

    Come experience amazing swahili food and culture. There is quite a number of amazing beach hotels and stays that will give you an amazing sunrise experience by the beach, good water marine parks and swimming experiences. Getting around in Mombasa is quite easy. You have the option of tuk tuks, boda boda( motorbike) or Uber & Bolt.

    Great location by the beach. Nice pool. Water quality outstanding. After my long list of valid critique on initial poor service, complicated check in and numerous issues with a poorly maintained room I was offered an alternative upgraded room. Thereafter staff, the F&B manager were very attentive. Poolside staff were excellent in managing several drunken German all inclusive guests which continued for days. Great job by the hotel staff.

    Awesome hotel in dowtown Mombasa. Personal in this hotel was amazing. Such a great bunch we meet. Brenda at front desk was awesome, she helps us with daypass at beach, with unfriendly bolt courier and print our boarding passes and always smiling. Also Angela in restaurant was so kind and profesional and we loved her. Last but not least security guy was very kind and profesional and we feel as good as home.
