The staff are really friendly and helpful. I received a message from the hotel two days before my stay, providing the details re how to access to the hotel and this proved to be very useful. The hotel is located in a mall building besides the Kumamoto train station. So it is close to everything, tram, convenience store, restaurants shops, etc. The public bath is very good as we can relax after travel and sightseeing.

Location is lovely even though it's not the most convenient spot but it's located in a very quiet neighbourhood. It's located in the uphill so scenery is really nice. The apartment is beautifully furnished and it's very tidy, clean and comfortable. The bath tub and sauna are amazing! We spent quite a long time there HAHA as the hot tub has a special function to keep pumping hot water in without overflowing! They definitely make the stay very special and memorable. The bedding is comfortable and soft. They have all the amenities ready for you to use and there are guides everywhere to assist you to turn on the electronics. They have slippers for both indoor and outdoor as well. The interior is lovely and of Japanese colour. It's a very special stay for us.

Perfectly clean, insanely cheap for what you get and nice staff. We encountered a small earthquake and they were very nice to assist us and calm us down.

All you can expect from a modern hotel. Reasonably sized and comfortable room, very quiet, all facilities, good location to see the sights, and not too far from the tram to get you to the station. And all that for a very attractive price.

Family room with 4 huge bunk beds was a pleasant surprise ! Spacious living room, too. Toilet and bath / tub are separate . Room has washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove, kettle, and frying pan . No plates, Silver ware. There are plastic cups .
