I like the restaurants' selection and their excellent service quality, which was in my experience, exceptional for ski resorts. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed walking around in the hotel, it is clean and thoughtfully maintained. The shuttle bus service is also good, pickup from the train station is hassles-free.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and great facilities. Having Onsen onsite was lovely. Providing free shuttles to and from train station and ski resort is excellent. Loved our stay. Highly recommend

Friendly and welcoming hospitality. The location was fabulous and the rooms were clean. Delicious array of dishes for the buffet. We really enjoyed the New Year’s Day firework exhibit and the fact that we could access the slopes straight from the hotel✨

Location close enough to walk to ski area. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of food. Great coffe too! Room clean and very comfortable beds. Quiet location. Bonus of hot spring bath on site. On our arrival staff gave directions/map of area in English and suggested places to eat—very helpful as we don’t speak Japanese.
