Scenery n space , mattress too soft

We did not book the hotel with meal but there are 2 diners at the lobby floor. Highly recommend the Japanese restaurant and if possible, book the course set in advance. The food is beyond perfection and the price is reasonable. We booked the family room and it is by far the biggest hotel room we stayed in Japan. Bath hall is also impressively huge. People from the town would come here to take a bath and meal. very nice experience.

The kaiseki dinner is very nice. Breakfast spread was good and varied. The onsen facilities in ryokan is very good, especially the open air bath area. The sand bath option is unusual, and the foot bath avail is nice too. Even as the staff mostly cannot speak english well, they were very helpful and assisted to their best efforts. The shop in lobby level is interesting with things to purchase.

The in-room microwave was a practical addition that I used frequently. The attention to cleanliness was impressive – the housekeeping team maintained impeccable standards throughout my stay. What makes this property unique is the innovative combination of a barbershop and café on the ground floor, creating a lively atmosphere from morning till night. This vibrant setup contributed to the hotel's welcoming ambiance. When I needed to extend my stay, the staff was remarkably accommodating and helpful in arranging the additional night. The peaceful environment and comfortable setting made it an ideal place for productivity – I managed to complete a significant amount of work during my stay. The room was very clean. Modern interior and self check in/out system is convenient. Easy to find carparks around the hotel and cheap one nearby was overnight￥400.
