This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. After spending a few chilly nights in Petra and Wadi Rum, it was such a relief to return to a warm, cozy room where I could enjoy a hot shower and truly relax. The room temperature was perfect, and the overall comfort really stood out. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the cleaning service was very thorough. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

The service is amazing and the hotel is in the heart of the city. Everything is close nearby, hashem restaurant, habiba sweets,… On top of that, the hotel proposes organised trips all around the country with a driver who brings you wherever you are. We arrived very tired and late in the day but the staff were welcoming and upgraded our room to a suite! Beautiful room and very clean. The restaurant was excellent, especially the steak!
