Our stay at Relais des Glaciers was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of salty and sweet options. The spa was a perfect way to relax after an active day —especially the warm outdoor bath with stunning mountain views. The bar downstairs was charmingly decorated and the bartender prepared great cocktails. The hotel provided us everything we needed - bathrobes and flipflops for the spa, a private parking and hiking stuffs: crampons and poles. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return in summer!

We stayed whilst running one of the Monte Rosa runs. We couldn't fault our stay. Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly (driving us up the mountain from the bottom of the village at request and cooking us some food late after we finished our run). The rooms were well equipped, food and drinks were great, and fantastic view and location (if you want easy access to trail routes or ski slopes). Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel! We have travelled in many places and different countries in the alps, and this hotel is actually quite unique. Location, service, food - it's all superb. The staff, including the owners, are very authentic in their service and very personal. The owners take genuine interest in their guests and you can find them chatting with you during the day. We have been here several times over the years and they always improved, both the facilities (very good Spa and an outdoor warm pool), food, which is now faboulous by the way, with both half pension and a la carte with a wine list of quality. The owners received us like we were part of the family. The place was extremely clean and cozy and the staff was amazingly nice, you don’t find such people very often. The price is awesome considering that dinner (and what a dinner!!!) and breakfast are included. The room was super, super clean and nicely designed, with a lot of amenities, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony very nice. We enjoyed our free parking spot, our time in the lounge, our walks around the hotel. We’ll be back in summer for sure!
