Have no complaints. Location was perfect in the city center. There are a lot of restaurants around. All the sightseeing places are in the walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. The room was a contemporary spacious split level with a living area on the first level and the bedroom and bathroom two steps up on a separate level. The room was quiet, and large windows overlooking an interior service courtyard. The round queen bed was very comfortable. All was very clean and well maintained. In a beautiful dining room, breakfast was the best of the trip; the hotel provided the traditional Italian style in abundance, with the option to order off a menu to cook to order. The wait staff was very attentive, providing 5-star service. The hotel is across from the port, the aquarium, the maritime museum, Eataly, and the harbor, and is close to the Palazzo Reale and other sites. There were a number of restaurants nearby; my finds were Trattoria le Maschere and Al Sottoripa. The staff was accommodating in arranging transportation to the airport.

The hotel is in the core of the city center on the third and fourth floor of the old residential building. The room was very nice and everything was perfectly clean. The guy from the reception was very helpful, we came late in the evening, he helped us the luggage and he ordered us a pizza because at that time nothing was working nearby and we were very hungry.
