I had the best breakfast I've ever experienced in a hotel of this size. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend dining at the hotel restaurant—both the food and the wine are of excellent quality. If I travel to this area again, I will definitely choose this hotel. It's larger than it appears, and the restaurant is quite spacious. During the high season, some rooms may experience noise from the outdoor terrace during dinner time.

Excellent location in this beautiful town and region, well-appointed hotel with warm, friendly and very helpful staff. Plenty of space in rooms and downstairs common areas, fabulous breakfasts. Would DEFINITELY go back.

The hotel is great, clean and the perfect mix of modern and traditional design. Raimund was very kind and welcoming. Great attention to detail, a delicious dinner and the cutest breakfast set up! The sauna and steam room area feels like a secret realm! So worth the stay, we hope to return one day!

It was a very pleasant stay! The room was well-equipped and warm, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the mountains. The dinner provided by the hotel exceeded our expectations—it was absolutely delicious! The staff’s service was professional and welcoming, and a special thanks to Paulo! This familial hotel was a great experience ! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and provided info about the buses and ski lifts in the area, as well as complimentary tickets. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, with a great view on the mountains. The breakfast was generous, with a lot of options. We also enjoyed the hotel bar and their selection of local drinks and homemade ice-cream. The hotel is well situated within Castelrotto, with private parking and a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. It is a very good spot to stay at to explore the area (Alpe di Siusi, Seceda and Ortisei). The price of the room was also very fair, considering the quality of the overall experience. We highly recommend this establishment for anyone wishing to explore the Alto Adige region !
