We visited Isoletta Beach, which requires a bit of a walk...
We visited Isoletta Beach, which requires a bit of a walk after parking, but it’s absolutely beautiful! We rented chairs and an umbrella—though pricey, the facilities were excellent, with clean restrooms and a convenient food truck. We also spent time at the rooftop bar Scirocco, just past the hairpin turn. The valet parking was a much-appreciated touch. The views, service, drinks, and aperitifs were all outstanding. Unfortunately, the power was out in town, so most places were closed, but we did manage to visit Bar Porto, which is right on the water. Also visited Feniglia beach on our way out of town, gorgeous, sandy and spacious. Get to the beaches early in the day to find parking! Beautiful Port on monte argentario one of the exclusive upmarket vacation destinations for an upmarket clientele with their yachts and villas on the hillside. Monte argentario has stunning views looking out towards the islands of giglio and giannutri. Car quoted to explore monte argentario and visit its many beaches. Perfect place fir diving snorkeling and enjoying Tuscan food and nature. The monte is dotted with cypress and e olive trees. We liked the marina in Porto Ercole but found it had a limited selection of restaurants - fine for our 3 night stay. Very beautiful little village but absolutely nothing to do.
Very beautiful little village but absolutely nothing to do. Has very few restaurants and shops. Getting around is not easy at all. You need to have a car. There is no taxi, Uber. Maybe one bus with a very limited service.Guest review byLeyliUnited States
