Very spacious and clean apartment, beautiful yard area with great views. The large swimming pools, which were already open at the beginning of May. An extra bonus of the wood barbecue in front of the apartment. Really peaceful place and from there it´s easy to move to the attractions of the Tuscany region. I recommend this place and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Tuscany.

The owner take really care of their customers. We felt like at home. We stayed there for one week. Our room was very confortable , clean and quiet. We park our car everyday at the public free parking nearby and we did not have any problem. There was a lot of choice for the breakfast and the coffee was just excellent. We hate several times at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing made of fresh products. We will also miss the Aperol Spritz. The hotel is managed by italian owners which gave us very good advices to visit the area. From Saline de Volterra, you can easily resch the beaches but also many historical sites such as Volterra, Siena, Pisa and other beautiful little villages. Thank you for this great week in Toscane.

    Pomarance is a small and quiet town, also with history and...

    Pomarance is a small and quiet town, also with history and charm but with no tourism. With people who live there sitting and talking on the street and greeting you when you walk there. Middle week you hear the band rehearsing nearby, delicious. There are a couple of good and cheap pizzerias (L'ultimo Spicchio and Blasi). And a big supermarket, coop, next door.

    Everyone thinks of Siena Volterra, etc as must-see locations and SR222 as a route to go and admire in Tuscany. This place and surroundings have values on their own right comparable to the aforesaid places. It certainly deserves attention, with charming agroturismo places, nestled hidden gems. Unfortunatley if you are after Siena etc it is a good 80 minutes drive from Pomarance because of the winding twisting roads. You first fall in love with these roads then, on the way back after a day of exhausting sightseeing, you wish they had a motorway.

    I recently spent a week at Residence Il Monastero and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The space was clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. It would have been even better if there was air conditioning, but the fans did a good job of keeping the space cool. The location is fantastic, with a great route to Pisa or Florence. The pool area was also a highlight, providing a perfect place to relax. I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay!

    Beautiful villa in the perfect location to explore Tuacany - right on the edge of Pomarance town which had supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. The villa was spacious and had many comfortable living areas, indoors and out. All double bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, including a washing machine. Host greeted us upon arrival and was always available to answer any questions and deal with minor issues that arose during our week long stay.

    The Property has a lot to offer, it’s very well equipped, clean and very cosy. The owner was very helpful and and provided updates on local events and kept checking if we were ok. There was a lot of parking space and supermarket opposite the apartment. We traveled around Toscany and from the apartment it was about an hour or so to get easily to Siena, Florence and Pisa.
