Fantastically beautiful house in beautiful countryside. The kids enjoyed the pool and the awesome breakfast. Convenient to explore mantua, Modena and surroundings. Breakfast gives you a great opportunity to meet other travelers. Cristina is an awesome host, very flexible and very warm. We will definitely be back

It was great to stay in this family-owned and run hotel. The couple was charming, friendly and went out of there way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was really special with homemade juices, jams and cakes. Try the fried eggs on if you want to taste what fresh eggs taste like.

Lovely apartment and very well stocked with everything we needed. Was also happy to have access to a washing machine! Very spacious and comfortable, nice balcony facing west. Host was immediately available for my questions.

We discovered by chance the hotel and stayed only one night. Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was really nice with high quality products. Do not expect a massive buffet with questionable quality, but something covering the essentials and with the highest detail on the quality of the products. My family enjoyed it. I can only recommend it.

    A very pleasant family run hotel in the country. The property was well cared for. The rooms are quaint but roomy. The building looks plain but the reception area is very modern and unique. The ambience is a mix of modern and old world charm. The rural location provides a quiet surrounding and the flavor of country living.

    I love Traditional Italian Buildings, and this wonderful 400 year old beautiful did not disappoint. The Rooms are wonderfully modernised, with Big Showers and comfortable beds. The Bedding and Towels are clean and fresh. The B&B is just a few minutes from the centre of Pegognaga, which has everything you need.

    Very pleasant and clean environment, tasty and sufficient breakfast, helpful staff for whom nothing was a problem and they helped us with everything, especially arranging a tire repair. The owners were very friendly and we felt like at home. I recommend this hotel.
