A fabulous stay in a beautiful crisp, clean and thoughtfully designed agriturismo. Sometimes, agriturismo can be quite basic but this one is well thought out. Surprisingly, the weather in August was hot in the daytime but nicely fresh in the mornings and evening. We didn’t even need the aircon. The pool was a wonderful space to relax around - beautiful water and framed by olive groves and a newly laid tennis court. Breakfast was delicious and our sleep was very comfortable. There were plenty of brilliant recommendations for places to eat very close by too. The highlight was a tour of the winery. Thank you for a genuine and warm welcome and a lovely stay! We are very much looking forward to drinking the exceptional wines we’ve taken away too! This place is very well geared for families of all ages and couples too. It’s well worth booking.

This is why the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at the hosts were so amazing and so accommodating they helped us with every one of our request. They helped us find a winery to go to. They made reservations for us at a wonderful lunch. They had lovely breakfast items for us every day. It was an absolute perfect stay

Stunning view all around, our guests were most hospitable and lovely. The room was beautiful and the balcony was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent and the whole thing was done so beautifully and handled so well. Thank you for such a lovely stay. Totally recommend to all!

Breakfast was brilliant and consisted of hot pancakes and a hot pastry as well. A very nice coffee that Giuseppe made to order exactly how each of us wanted.. there was also juice and toastini with a variety of jams. It was a hearty start to the day.. the rooms were also huge with plenty of storage and lightning fast wifi. Lots of places to park too. Dinner was also a real treat as Giuseppe walked us to his family run restaurant which is close by and where we served up a proper traditional Italian style feast.

    We chose Paternopoli because a grandfather was born there...

    We chose Paternopoli because a grandfather was born there before immigrating to the US. It is a nice little town on top of a hill with a couple of very nice restaurants and a number of nearby wineries -- we sampled wine at a modern one right at the edge of town. After leaving the expressway or train, the last 25 or so miles is a slow drive over very narrow, curvy, hilly roads. Paternopoli and the sourrounding countryside are very scenic. It can be a good central location from which to visit central Italy.
