It’s a very beautifully located house. Room was very large with comfortable beds and huge wardrobe. Pretty bathroom. Hostess is an exceptionally kind woman.

Lovely atmosphere, beautiful views, friendly staff. Food in the restaurant was phenomenal and they prepared an ample breakfast to go for our very early morning flight. It was close to a nice little town centre which was great for a wander to the bar or pizzeria.

We had the pleasure of staying at La Villa Apartments for just one night — and that’s our only regret. This place is a true oasis hidden between residential buildings, and stepping into the beautifully landscaped gardens feels like discovering a secret retreat. The host Letizia was absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were immaculate, tastefully furnished, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable — perfect after a long day of travel. Whether you're staying in Livorno for a night or a week, this is the place to be. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and relaxing garden. If you visit Livorno – don’t make our mistake. Stay longer. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, quite andclose to the beach and shops. The view is beautiful! We loved to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. There is very nice kitchen and everything beautifully arranged. Corinne is so nice and even she bought a new garden table for us after the two weeks old one was destroyed by strong wind. Thank you Corinne.
