The views are great. The place is clean. The staff were great. I wish they had a better breakfast. Other places we stayed at had a much better breakfast and cheaper rates.

This place is incredible. Everyone is extremely friendly, the service was incredible. I’m definitely coming back with more friends and family. It was worth the price. I ordered breakfast to the room and it was laid out beautifully. I can’t emphasise how amazing the staff were.

We came for our honeymoon and they welcomed us warmly and generously. The owner and his family were very helpful and they treated us like a family : ) He helped us to get the bus ticket and drove us to the bus stop. We thank him for the unforgettable experience. Incredible service at this family owned hotel: kind and professional staff who made it all seem effortless. Parking (call ahead) is really easy. The restaurant is superb. The location is unbeatable. I’m now thinking I should have stayed longer.

This place is out of this world. My parents and partner stayed here for a week and had the holiday of a lifetime. The location is 10/10 and the view from our apartment took our breath away every morning. The staff couldn’t do enough for you either - so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food is also incredible and there’s a lot of choice each evening. In the instance you’re looking for something more affordable the gorgeous town of Porlezza is a 20 minute walk away - which I highly recommend. During our stay my Mum turned 70 and my partner turned 30, they were both surprised with balloons, cake and bubbles which had been left for them to enjoy by the hotel. 10/10 worth a visit!
