The staff were fantastic; polite, friendly and helpful, they enhanced the stay so much. The location is amazing and we loved walking by the lake, in the hills and discovering places to eat and drink. This is great value and has very good facilities that were not at all crowded. The pool area is very good and breakfast was good value and very convenient.

Absolutely wonderful staff at reception and at breakfast. breakfast was served so caringly, and was very good. I enjoyed the delicious english tea that was given me by the kind and sweet lady (who was also at reception the night before). The location was superb. it left a sweetness in us and a great fondness for Passagno sul Trasimeno.

I loved everything about the hotel. Fantastic location, lovely room with two balconies, very clean and comfy bed. The staff was absolutely great too. A paradise to relax. Good restaurant too.
