A very cozy and atmospheric place — perfect for relaxing in nature. We stayed just one night, but it was enough to feel the peace and harmony of this space. Everything was clean, thoughtful, and made with care. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Would love to come back and stay longer next time

The property was exceptionally well equipped, perfect location only a few minutes walk from the train station. We stayed for a few nights to celebrate a wedding with friends and found the bed to be very comfortable. The shower was great, well equipped very clean and looked like a new kitchen with coffee makers, kettle, new fridge/freezer and some foodstuffs provided and all cleaning items available too. The view out of the balcony is stunning. Was perfect for breakfast with a view. The property looks to have been recently decorated, it was in immaculate condition. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to messages. We visited a restaurant they had recommended in a local guide they have drafted and the food there was great. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

My stay at this place was truly enjoyable. The bedroom was cozy, and the opening bed in the gallery added a unique touch to the space. The hostess was very kind, offering complimentary water, coffee, and juice in the fridge, which was appreciated. She also provided helpful recommendations for nice spots to visit in the area. I would recommend this place to others.

Orietta and Enrico were super-welcoming as usual and provided everything I wanted without needing to be asked. The flat is very central at the top end of via Roma and handy for Sorcetto restaurant and all the bars in the village centre. Of course it's most handy for the station and Enrico gave me a free ride up the hill when I arrived. Five stars!

Very good place to stay. Private bathroom and kitchen. Electric thermal blankets and a pellet stove provided additional advantage and comfort as the weather became cold in the evening. Safe parking in the yard of the house, which for us was very important. The owner Dora was extremely kind and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. She recommended us a restaurant in the immediate vicinity and the food was delicious. Breakfast was rich and with hot and cold drinks. Thank you very much, Dora!

    A nice place to explore a real Italian lifestyle. It's not far from Rome. You can spend all day in Rome, but in the evening you can enjoy a tasty food in small pizzerias and restaurants of this wonderful town far away from crowds of tourists.

    Lovely little apartment with self check in. Convenient location for attending a wedding ceremony in Manziana church and nearby reception. Nice big double room and nice kitchen dining room area. Would definitely recommend it.
