Lovely small town with a relaxed vibe to it (we arrived just as the peak season hoards were leaving). . of restaurants to choose from with a variety of price ranges. Majority offering similar cuisine - pasta, pizza & seafood. The more expensive offered fresh fish of the day & "cordon bleu" style cooking. A few lively bars, that I can imagine being 'very lively' during the peak summer season. A great array of hotels, B&Bs & apartment/rooms/villas Ideally located for Olbia, Porto Cervo & Costa Smerelda as well as Palau & the ferry to La Maddelena. Plenty of excursion options - hiking, cycle (e-bikes & normal), boat hire, sailing & catamaran cruises. They call this hotel a retreat and it's certainly feels like that when you arrive. The 3 pools were stunning. We had dinner the first night in the restaurant which was outstanding. Breakfast was also fabulous as it was served at the table and you got fruit, bakery assortment, cheese and meats, any kind of eggs, orange juice, the list goes on. Just fabulous we loved it.
