We liked everything! The place, the owner, the food, the hospitality. Palazzo Bonfiglio was our first stay after an awful journey from Luxembourg to Bologna and 10 minutes after our arrival all the stress was forgotten. The owner was amzing!

Even though it may look a bit strange or neglected from the outside, inside the hotel looks brand new and is equipped properly. The staff spoke English, there was parking space available in a small backyard as well as on the street. The place offers breakfasts, but we did not try them. The staff recommended some restaurants for a dinner. Location is very close to the old part of the city centre (5 mins. by walk), and there are also two large superkmarkets less than a 5 mins. drive away. We did not have any trouble with noises from the corridor or other rooms

Breakfast was excellent. Location close to San Giovanni was perfect for me. Staff was always courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Room was very clean, and kept clean every day.
