This was our first time in Lecce nei Marsi. We only booked for one night as I had work on Monday but I wish I had taken more days off. The property was very easy to find, but unfortunately, our Sat Nav in the rental car was not working properly and it took us somewhere else. We phoned the owner of the property, and within two minutes he came to collect us from where we had stopped. The accommodation was new. everything was perfect. The owner had prepared a few things for breakfast the next morning and left in the fridge a few drinks and milk. Everything was arranged perfectly. The room was very quiet and if you have never been to Lecce nei Marsi before I suggest you do. It is like living in a fairy tale. The place is so quiet and in perfect sink with nature. We did love every moment there. The owner suggested a restaurant for us the "Trattoria del Cacciatore" and we had dinner there. It is not very far from the accommodation. The owner was so nice. He explained everything we needed to know about the area and also offered to take us to the place we had to go in the morning. I am thinking of visiting again and I am already looking to see if I can get more days off from work. Highly recommend this property.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was fresh and clean. The food was homemade and delicious! I will go back as soon as possible!

Very modern facilities in room: heated towel rails, underfloor heating, warm and toasty in the winter, great bathroom with Jacuzzi! comfortable bed with different types of pillows and a comfy couch. Location overlooking Laga Scanno is fantastic. Family who run it where really friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to cater for us as vegetarians. Breakfast was great
