The house is situated in a wonderful, secluded place up on a hilltop. The room was simple and the mattresses in the double room leaned to the center of the bed. The toilet seat is broken (and as I understand from a comment 2 years old it has been for a long time without the landlords caring to fix it). The bathroom is shared between three rooms and was clean when we arrived. There is coffee which one can be brewed by yourself and some very simple breakfast.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, particularly both men on reception. The hotel is in a great location to go into Urbino. Lovely pool, great food in the restaurant and lots of choices at the breakfast buffet. Room was cleaned daily, had air conditioning and lots of space for storage.

The room was clean and well equipped, the bed was huge and so comfortable! Breakfast service was top notch, the staff was very nice, helpful and fast. And the food was amazing, a lot of variety at any time. The restaurant was also very good, especially the pizza is worth recommending. I am going to come back there if I’m in the area again!
