- Very friendly and helpful staff. For instance, they adjusted the dinner times for our family to 17.00/18.00 instead of 19.00. In addition, on the day of our departure they served breakfast at 7.00 instead of 8.00. Good communication possible in English. - New and comfortable rooms and beds. - Very good dinner (half-board). - Beautiful mountain area and at walking distance of the cascade (Cascata del Toce).
