View of Tuscan valley from our room was amazing. Nice art hotel, good breakfast, amazing staff. Sarah was very helpful with suggestions and booking for dinner in Chianciano. we didn’t have a chance to try the spa but we heard it was nice from other guests

Super cute hotel!! The owner is very very friendly and sweet. We needed gluten-free bread for the breakfast and he served muffins, cookies and bread handmade. Also the breakfast was just amazing, hand-made vegan croissants and so many special things! The hotel is close to Montepulciano and quiet, with a big parking lot. Highly recommend!!

    The town is nice.

    The town is nice. It is a quiet time of the year, but the merchants we encountered were friendly. The Terme Theia was ok, but the management inflexible when I tried to inform them of a booking error within 24hours of making it they did not reply to my emails, and when I spoke to the they said that once I paid there was no refund or changes. I prefer the Terme sensoriale, but unfortunately they are only open on weekends

    a nice town with an old part behind the walls. lots of greenery, parking lots and bars, walking paths and restaurants.During the day, we walked around Okpliška, in the evening we came to the city for dinner and to the accommodation to rest. we ate at pizzeria Rosso vivo. I have never had a better pizza, the price was not too high either. The food at La Torretta was also very tasty.

    Chianciano Terme is a quaint little southern Tuscany town...

    Chianciano Terme is a quaint little southern Tuscany town with great restaurants, little streets and beautiful architecture. It's a great gateway to many other local towns such as Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimignano among many others. There are thermal sources nearby such as San Filippo and great hikes such as la Foce. Florence is a 2 1/2 - 3 hours drive depending on traffic.

    Charming local town with some good bars and restaurants. A great base away from the tourists hot spots but an excellent location to visit those attractions whilst experiencing life in a real local Tuscan town.

    The museum is amazing!!!

    The museum is amazing!!! We were hoping to visit a thermal pool but the one we went to (Theia) had so many rules and was so expensive for the amount of time we wanted to stay that we left. (The staff there could have been friendlier.) It’s probably better to go if you have several hours to spend. Also, as Americans from Montana, it was stressful and confusing trying to figure out rules for parking. Chianciano is nicely situated for day drives to other beautiful spots in Tuscany and Umbria.

    The town is very quiet and sadly nothing much to do.

    The town is very quiet and sadly nothing much to do. We visited a two restaurants and both were great experiences with owners introducing going as far as to welcome us. La Torretta in the village and Locanda di Anita in Cetona.

    The location is beautiful and the room, dining room and pool all have a beautiful view. There is a small city nearby with everything we needed - a great supermarket, coffee shops and bakeries, and restaurants. Nearby, there are amazing natural sites, as well as cities to visit, and everything is quite close. We went to hot springs in nature, hiked, saw Montepulciano, and visited wineries. Also, during this stay, we had family with us, including a baby, and there was lots of open space and grass for her as well.

    Very good dinner - Breakfast: tea and coffee served directy to the table which was nice, good selection of cakes, a little friut, only few things salty (scrambled eggs, cheese and ham) - but it's still good for italy standard in other hotels everything is sweet;) - very nice and smilig service, the older gentleman serving coffee was realy charming - daily cleaning and towels change - free parking (downhill quite steep, for experienced drivers) - close to explore Tuscany by car

    The hotel is very stylish and cosy. Everything was working well and in a good condition. You feel like coming home. The staff members are really welcoming and helpful with anything you need.     The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa is okay but no shower. It is cheap but you get what you pay for. I would really like to rate the hotel a bit higher as they were so helpful and friendly, but the hotel is not in good shape.
