Great location. We had a room with a sea view and it was definitely worth it. Great staff. They really went out of their way to help us with everything (we missed the correct toll lanes on the highway, entered without a ticket and exited on the telepass lane; they helped us sort this out, as we had a rented car and didn’t want to be billed some huge fine from the car rental company/ also we checked out really early in the morning and they organised breakfast for the two of us, a few hours before regular breakfast schedule).

The staff and owners were wonderful. The view on the balcony is super, especially if you're a Sunset lover, as I have become now. Lorenzo, the person in charge of the beach is a great guy! Terase and restaurant are great places to relax and come to your senses. Although the place is very isolated, I never felt that connected. Bravo!!! Just a small tip. I would be nice if the balcony had plants. It would make the experience more exotic.

The private beach was fantastic and very convenient, we had a comfortable and relaxing experience here. I believe everything was responsible for the price we paid. I’m glad we didn’t go off the ratings, as I feel that the reviews on this place are very harsh.

We had the best stay at the property as it was beautiful! It was very clean, comfortable and styled nicely. It had everything we needed. The hosts were so welcoming and went out of their way to help us. We would definitely recommend to others.

    We went during low season (May 18-25) and I'm sure this makes a big difference. The beach was filthy. I sure hope that the city cleans the beach before their high season starts. I would make sure of that before booking. Beach is very rocky. Don't forget water shoes. Capo d'Orlando is a small village. Not much to do or variety for food. If you like pizza, you're ok. If you like pasta, make sure to make reservations because those restaurants are busy. 2 days is more than enough in Capo d'Orlando. If you want a nice beach, go to Cefalu.

    Beautiful, quiet little seaside town with not too many...

    Beautiful, quiet little seaside town with not too many tourists. Lots of places to eat and plenty of shops. I wish I stayed longer. We will definitely come back again next time. It was a very walkable town.

    Great place to stay with unbelievable spectacular sea views. Pool right next the sea. Apartment complex very clean and well cared for. Walking distance to the marina where there are bars, restaurants and supermarket. Capo d’orlando is a 5 to 10 minute drive from the Villa Anita and is a busy seaside town with bars and restaurants and busy beaches. However there is a quiet beach next to the marina walking distance from Villa Anita. We stayed at Villa Anita from 23 to 30 August and mostly had the pool to ourselves, it was fabulous. Would highly recommend. There is also free parking. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We mainly ate at the marina but also ate at Capo d’orlando on a couple of occasions.
