What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around. Thanks so much to Sajjan, Arjun and the team.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my parents. The location was great and close to the beach. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa!

The hotel is beautiful and right in the main city . Once you walk out the main road and all attractions are nearby. Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was great too. They have a restaurant for food and beverages .Overall a good place to unwind

    This is an adorable, unique gem of a guest house. It has a pretty courtyard where you can have a drink and eat. Food is freshly cooked, and delicious. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We chose to come to Goa in May, which is getting close to monsoon and very hot - possibly not the best time to visit. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our 3 nights at Marbella Guest House. We walked to Sinquerim Beach on day 1, and walked round to Sinquerim Jetty on day 2 to catch a dolphin boat tour.

    The delightful ambience of the colonial Portuguese Villa (incl period furniture) together with the lovely garden with shade. Sajjan ( manager), the chefs and all the staff were extremely helpful and kind. We were keen on experiencing Goan food and really loved it there. It was a quiet haven at the end of a private road - ideal to start our holiday touring Goa. The walk to Sinquerim Beach is on level ground. Look forward to returning soon.

    The hosts were the nicest people in the world! We stayed only for a night because my regular hotel was fully booked for that day. However, the hosts were very gracious and arranged a cab for us to reach the station the next morning at very short notice. I felt like I was somewhere really safe and home like.

    The Villa is in a quiet backstreet, but still close enough to all the nice restaurants in the village. The Beach and the Sinquerim Fort is also just a short walk away. The family who owns the Villa are very kind people. They gave us a lot of great recommendations in the area.

    Accommodating and polite staff. Mr Sajjan was very helpful. The kitchen staff also accommodated our requests for early breakfast. Sinquerim beach is just 950 m away and its a clean beach with lower Aguada fort as an excellent sunset point
