Everything. Especially location, staff and their hospitality, mind-blowing food. We stayed at room numbers 102 and 103. Spacious big rooms with excellent view of a huge stream besides the balcony. Can't describe how amazing it looked during monsoon. Tea, coffee making facilities were provided in the room. Toiletries were present. Everything was neat and clean( sheets, towel). We loved the breakfast provided by them, it was plenty and fantastic. Really helps as we had long day tours. Cook cooks 👏 We would surely try and visit them again and recommend it our fellow travelers. Monica, Mary, the cook , Manager : Thanks to all of you for taking great care of us.

Property was very nice, little away from the main town but nice view. Restaurant provided excellent food - both Chinese and Indian were good. The room was large, as was the bathroom. Excellent geyser. Bath stool was provided which is useful for placing change of clothes.

Very clean, neat and comfortable room. The cleanliness was the same as Japanese hotels and it made the stay very comfortable. They provided a fluffy and warm blanket and an electric stove for free, so I was able to stay warm in the room even in the cold January. The front faces the street, but there are some security cameras installed, so I was relieved. The staffs, especially the son who can speak English, were very kind and helpful.

The owner was with plenty of hospitality. He helped me do a trek to Living Bridges and the rainbow waterfalls. He had contacts with drivers and guides. The room was spacious and well-maintained though the price was affordable. Hot water was available for a bath. It was just a 7-minute walk to the city center where I could take a shared cab to Shillong. The owner told me the proper fare.
